Located in the centre of Norwich, The Forum provides a range of flexible spaces for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, performances, markets, festivals and public events. Our facilities include purpose-built meeting and presentation spaces alongside larger areas that can be adapted for exhibitions, fairs, receptions and community events. The Atrium offers more than 400 square metres of flexible floor space and can accommodate up to 600 people standing, while The Auditorium provides tiered seating for up to 120 people. We also offer The View, a contemporary meeting space, The Gallery and several outdoor areas. Wi-Fi, AV equipment, catering, accessible facilities and on-site parking support our venue hire services. Our central Norwich location provides convenient access to public transport, while our dedicated venue-hire team supports event planning and delivery.

The Atrium

Our Atrium provides more than 400 square metres of flexible space beneath the Forum’s glass roof. It can be hired as a whole or in zones and accommodates up to 400 seated or 600 standing.

The Auditorium

Our purpose-built Auditorium provides tiered theatre seating for up to 120 people, supported by projection, lighting, PA and assisted-listening systems. Its lobby provides additional space for refreshments and networking.

The View

Our View is a light-filled meeting and working space for up to 30 seated or 20 in boardroom layout. It includes a 75-inch screen, conference camera, Wi-Fi and flexible furniture.

The Gallery

Our Gallery is a flexible exhibition and event space accommodating up to 85 seated or 100 standing. It includes custom projection, lighting and PA facilities and can be combined with the Auditorium or Atrium.

Outside Spaces

Our outdoor areas include the Amphitheatre, Upper Millennium Plain and Theatre Plain. These spaces can support markets, fairs, festivals, performances and other outdoor events.
