The Garden Pavilion is an enchanting, purpose-built outdoor civil ceremony and partnership structure. Nestled within a private paddock and set back from the main lawn on the hotel's two-acre landscaped grounds, it provides a secluded, romantic setting in the rolling Northamptonshire countryside.

The Reflections Function Suite is a venue of unparalleled versatility and elegance, where the joy of celebration truly comes to life. Whether you envision an intimate sit-down event for up to 120 guests or a larger, informal gathering for 250, the Reflections Function Suite promises a setting of opulence and charm that is second to none. For a more private affair, there's a dedicated reception area, as well as conveniently located private restrooms and a well-stocked bar.

Our elegantly adorned Garden Suite is nestled in the centre of our beautiful Gardens and boasts a large conservatory, with its sun-drenched charm, this room sets the stage for a celebration that is as timeless as it is breathtaking.

If you are looking for a smaller room we have The Dining Room, with it's exquisite allure of lovely antique features. Ornate moldings and vintage chandeliers add a touch of old-world charm to the contemporary elegance, creating a space that transcends time. At its heart, a grand, oversized dining table stands as the centerpiece of the room, surrounded by sumptuous velvet dining chairs that invite guests to linger in both comfort and style.

​In addition to our Reflections space, is the Courtyard Restaurant. While this room may not provide complete privacy or exclusivity, it is an excellent choice for larger meal bookings. Here, you can still enjoy the company of your loved ones and share a meaningful meal in a more open and inviting setting, allowing for a different type of gathering that may be better suited to your specific needs. We are here to accommodate your preferences and create a space where you can come together with family and friends during this important time.

The outside bar and terrace is a well-stocked, dedicated outdoor bar operating in fair weather alongside outdoor seating and tables, it offers a weather-permitting outdoor drinking and dining space set within two acres of landscaped gardens. It is surrounded by manicured lawns and colorful garden grounds next to the hotel's patio areas and garden pavilion.

Our Boardroom at The Stanwick Hotel offers a calm, professional space for up to 12 delegates, ideal for small, focused, and productive meetings.

The Bridal Suite is a beautiful, luxury bedroom located within the historic main Tudor house. It is highly reviewed by couples for its romantic ambiance and serves as the perfect retreat after a wedding celebration.
