The Grand Hotel Leicester Conference and Events Centre

The Kings Hall is Leicester's only remaining original Victorian ballroom. Located on the first floor, it features ornate gilt-capped columns, decorative marble fireplaces, massive crystal chandeliers, and an integrated balcony, holding up to 350 guests in a theater setup or 200 for dinners.

The Queens Hall is a first-floor, self-contained event suite featuring natural daylight, a private entrance, a cloakroom, an integrated bar, and a dedicated dance floor. It holds up to 250 guests in theater style or 170 guests for seated/party setups, and can combine with the adjoining Kings Hall.

The Alexandra Room is a first-floor, rectangular meeting and event space measuring 7.4m x 11.63m. It holds up to 70 guests in a theatre setup, featuring natural daylight, light oak wall panelling, two Victorian carved fireplaces, and a connecting door to the Tudor Room.

The Tudor Room at The Grand Hotel Leicester is a first-floor function and meeting space that features natural daylight and climate control. It can connect directly to the Charnwood Room for a larger capacity or link to the Alexandra room via a connecting door and can accommodate up to 70 guests

The Charnwood Room is a first-floor syndicate and meeting space measuring approximately 103 to 104 square feet, carpeted, fully accessible by lift, and capable of seating up to 70 people or connecting to the Tudor Room for expanded capacity.

The Empress Room is a first-floor, character-filled intimate venue featuring natural daylight, light oak paneling, floor-to-ceiling windows, and carved fireplaces. It is ideal for board meetings, private dining, or small civil ceremonies and can accommodate up to 70 guests.

The Cromwell Room is a first-floor, light-filled private function and meeting suite. It features original Victorian architectural details like wood panelling and feature fireplaces, alongside modern air conditioning and natural daylight, accommodating up to 60 guests for receptions or 50 for intimate banquets.
