Woodlands Park Hotel is our elegant Victorian country house in Cobham, Surrey, set within eight acres of landscaped private grounds. Built in 1885, we combine original period character with contemporary facilities for weddings, conferences, meetings, corporate events and private celebrations. Our flexible event spaces accommodate gatherings ranging from intimate meetings for eight guests to larger conferences for up to 200 delegates. We provide complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, electric vehicle charging, an on-site fitness room, multisport court, outdoor lawns and a terrace suitable for dining and team-building activities. For weddings, we offer ceremony and reception facilities for up to 150 guests, with evening parties accommodating up to 160. We have 57 bedrooms for overnight guests and dedicated event specialists who tailor arrangements to each occasion. Our dining facilities include the Oak Room and Benson’s, while our private dining spaces support birthdays, anniversaries, family gatherings and other celebrations throughout the year.
Our Prince of Wales Suite is our largest event space, accommodating up to 200 guests. We provide a spacious setting for conferences, receptions, weddings, dining and major corporate events, with flexible seating arrangements.
Our Cornwall Suite accommodates up to 100 guests and provides a flexible setting for conferences, meetings, receptions and dining. We offer several layouts, allowing us to adapt the room to different event requirements.
Our Boardroom provides an intimate setting for up to 10 guests. We use this space for focused meetings, discussions and private dining, offering a quieter environment for small groups and business gatherings.
Our Garden Room is our smallest published event space, accommodating up to 12 guests. We provide a compact setting for intimate meetings, private dining and small gatherings, with access to our surrounding grounds.
Our Chester Suite accommodates up to 40 guests and offers a compact setting for meetings, presentations and dining. We provide several smaller configurations for events requiring a more focused and private environment.
Our Study accommodates up to 30 guests and provides an intimate space for meetings, presentations, receptions and dining. We offer flexible layouts for smaller corporate gatherings and private occasions.
Our Lancaster Suite accommodates up to 60 guests and provides a versatile setting for receptions and private events. We offer this space for gatherings that need a comfortable, self-contained environment within our historic hotel.
Our Drawing Room accommodates up to 70 guests and combines elegant period surroundings with flexible event arrangements. We use this space for meetings, conferences, receptions, dining and smaller celebrations requiring a characterful setting.
Our Sitting Room accommodates up to 40 guests and offers an intimate environment for meetings, receptions and dining. We provide flexible layouts while retaining the period character of our Victorian country house.
