Cringletie House

Cringletie is our historic country house estate set within 28 acres of beautiful Scottish Borders countryside, just outside Peebles. We offer a private and peaceful setting for weddings, corporate events, celebrations and other special occasions. Our estate combines individually designed accommodation, fine dining and extensive outdoor spaces with flexible event facilities. We can accommodate up to 70 guests for weddings, celebrations and larger meetings, while smaller gatherings can enjoy our restaurant or one of our private event rooms. We are licensed for both civil and religious wedding ceremonies across the main house and estate, giving couples flexibility when planning their day. Our professional events team works closely with every client to manage arrangements and ensure the occasion runs smoothly. Guests can also enjoy our 350-year-old Walled Garden, Nature/Historical Trail, pitch-and-putt golf, croquet, boules and outdoor chess. With 15 rooms and suites plus our Ardean cottage, we can accommodate up to 30 guests onsite for an exclusive private experience.
