Our purpose-built venue combines elegant event spaces with the character of Tennants Auctioneers, creating an environment where events, art, culture and hospitality come together. We have five distinct spaces, including the impressive Garden Room, elegant Versailles Room, atmospheric Cloisters, flexible Fountain Room and our executive Seminar Rooms. These spaces can also be combined to create larger settings for conferences, exhibitions and celebrations. Our facilities include modern audio-visual technology, professional sound and lighting, catering, private dining, a café, bar and extensive gallery and exhibition areas. We host everything from gala dinners, balls and weddings to conferences, product launches, concerts, talks, workshops and fairs. With free on-site parking, dedicated event support and our location within the Yorkshire Dales, we offer a memorable and flexible setting for both intimate gatherings and large-scale occasions.
Our Garden Room is our largest event space, combining traditional décor, high ceilings and advanced sound and lighting technology. We host gala dinners, weddings, conferences, fashion shows, fairs, concerts and stage productions here.
Our Fountain Room sits at the heart of the Garden Rooms, providing a flexible backdrop for events. We can use it independently or combine it with the Garden Room and Versailles Room.
Our Versailles Room offers an elegant setting with ornate mirrors, chandeliers and candelabras. We host wedding receptions, afternoon teas and private dinners here, with options to combine the room with adjoining spaces.
Our Cloisters provide a private, self-contained courtyard surrounded by arches and intimate rooms. We offer an atmospheric setting with a Mediterranean feel for special occasions and exclusive private events.
Our Seminar Rooms provide bright, modern spaces for corporate requirements, with natural light, blackout blinds, an outside balcony and individual lighting and audio-visual controls across three interconnected rooms.
Our Private Lounge and Dining Room provides an exclusive setting for business meetings, VIP hospitality, celebratory dinners and drinks parties, with its own bar, private balconies and dining for up to 30 guests.
