The May room is a luxurious space that features stylish décor, modern furnishings, and air conditioning. Located at the front of the hotel with its own lobby, it is ideal for meeting registration and also a breakout station.

Ideal for board meetings and smaller presentations, the Rowan rooms have recently been refurbished with feature lighting and fittings to offer guests the feel of a high-end boardroom lighting and fittings to offer you the feel of a high-end boardroom. With a flexible layout to suit meetings of around 20 delegates and plenty of natural daylight and air conditioning, this is the ideal space for organisations.

The beautiful Rose Suite is the largest conference space at The Belmont, and can accommodate between 20 and 200 delegates. It is created by combining the Rose Room and Rowan through interconnecting doors. Adding the Rowan to the Rose Room allows it to be used as a separate meeting lobby, breakout area, or an ideal for a networking space away from the main meeting.

The Rose Room is the largest individual conference space atThe Belmont, and can accommodate between 20 and 175 delegates. Refurbished in 2024 and with its own dedicated Wi-Fi network this is the go-to for many local businesses and organisations.

It is custom-designed as an intimate, quiet boardroom or small conference space tailored for small groups and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests in a classic boardroom layout or up to 10 guests in a U-shaped configuration.

Top Tier is a wedding package that includes reception room for hire, a glass of prosecco, bottled beer or fruit punch on arrival/ post ceremony, a choice of four canapes, three course wedding breakfast, half a bottle of house red, white or rose wine during the meal, a glass of prosecco or elderflower fizz for the toast, tea, coffee and mints, evening food, chair cover and sash, allowance towards table décor styling, hotel resident DJ, junior suite bedroom for the night of your wedding with breakfast, silver cake stand & knife, place cards, menu cards & table plan, easel, informal master of ceremonies, and a dedicated wedding coordinator.
