Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa is our elegant Georgian country house venue in Fawkham, Kent, set within 12 acres of private parkland and gardens. We offer a welcoming setting for weddings, conferences, corporate meetings, celebrations and private occasions, combining historic character with flexible modern facilities. Our six event spaces allow us to accommodate different types and sizes of gatherings, with our Terrace Suite welcoming up to 160 delegates. For weddings, we provide three ceremony settings, a wedding meal capacity of 110 and an evening-party capacity of 150. We also have 38 bedrooms, allowing wedding parties and conference delegates to stay with us. Our facilities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, free parking, electric vehicle charging, a health club, indoor swimming pool, spa, gym and seven treatment rooms. Our Dining Room provides modern British cuisine, while our grounds and gardens create attractive surroundings for photographs, outdoor activities and relaxed breaks between events.
Terrace Suite is our largest event space, accommodating up to 160 delegates. We provide a dedicated entrance, reception area, cloakroom and outdoor courtyard, making it ideal for conferences, meetings, weddings and larger celebrations.
Our Atrium offers a distinctive event setting within the health club and spa, accommodating up to 150 guests. We provide a high ceiling, pitched glass roof, bar and separate lounge for celebrations and receptions.
Our Oak Room accommodates up to 50 guests and provides an elegant setting overlooking the gardens. We use this versatile room for receptions, dining, meetings and wedding-related gatherings in a characterful environment.
Our Ash Room accommodates up to 36 delegates theatre-style and provides a more intimate environment for meetings and presentations. We also offer its own private terrace and foyer reception area for added flexibility.
Our Boardroom accommodates up to 36 guests and provides an intimate setting for meetings and ceremonies. We offer natural daylight, an original fireplace and views across the grounds through the large bay window.
Our Garden Room is our smallest published meeting space, accommodating up to 24 delegates. We offer this compact setting for focused meetings and smaller gatherings where a quieter, more private environment is preferred.
