Set within a historic estate near Morpeth in Northumberland, we bring together an impressive country house, rolling parkland, woodland, formal gardens and a celebrated walled garden. Our historic house contains collections, artworks, books and architectural features that tell the story of Wallington and the people who shaped it. Beyond the house, our extensive grounds provide opportunities for walking, cycling, wildlife watching and exploring the River Wansbeck landscape. We also offer a café, shop, accessible visitor facilities, parking and a varied programme of events throughout the year. Our current programme includes live music, heritage activities, guided walks, photography exhibitions, craft sessions, family activities and specialist tours. The Courtyard and House are used for programmed activities and live performances, while the wider estate provides a distinctive outdoor setting.
