We provide an exclusive-use setting where couples can hold their ceremony and celebration in one location, surrounded by dramatic natural scenery. Our reception spaces flow between the house, glass extension and terrace, creating opportunities for dining, drinks and photographs. The setting is particularly suited to small wedding celebrations, with accommodation available across Hause Hall, Cruik Barn and The Stables for up to 18 guests. Our professional-standard kitchen facilities and flexible catering arrangements also allow couples considerable freedom when planning their celebration.
This is our estate's primary indoor lounge and licensed civil ceremony space. It is characterized by high timber-vaulted ceilings and expansive structural windows that frame unobstructed views of the rolling green fells.
Our central hub for wedding breakfasts, dinner parties, and formal entertaining is the large open-plan farmhouse kitchen and dining room. It features historic dark-wood overhead beams and a long banquet table configured to seat up to 18 guests comfortably.
Connected to the main grounds, our meticulously restored Cruik Barn operates as a secondary standalone social area. It houses additional lounge furniture, an extra breakfasting kitchen setup, and cozy brick fireplaces for breakaway groups.
