Uppermill Civic Hall

Uppermill Civic Hall is our community events venue in the centre of Uppermill, where we provide flexible spaces for celebrations, meetings, weddings, entertainment and community activities. Our building dates from 1859 and has recently been renovated throughout, allowing us to combine its historic character with practical modern facilities. We have a large Ballroom with a bar, two smaller halls, a Council Chamber and a catering kitchen, giving us flexibility for both large occasions and smaller gatherings. Our Ballroom can accommodate up to 400 people for concerts and up to 150 for dinners, while our Council Chamber can comfortably host wedding ceremonies for up to 90 guests. We also provide free Wi-Fi, presentation equipment, stage lighting, sound facilities, disabled access, baby-changing facilities and parking. From wedding receptions and concerts to conferences, craft fairs, exhibitions, exercise classes and community celebrations, we offer a versatile setting for many different occasions in the heart of Saddleworth.
