We are The Golden Lion Hotel, Eatery and Coffee House, a historic hotel and gathering venue at the heart of St Ives, Cambridgeshire. Our Georgian coaching-inn heritage gives us a distinctive character, while our modern hospitality provides a comfortable setting for celebrations, meetings and memorable occasions. We offer a choice of characterful lounges, cosy corners and dedicated event spaces, allowing us to tailor gatherings to different requirements. Our Cromwell Suite can accommodate up to 60 people for meetings or celebrations, while our private dining room provides a more intimate setting for up to 14 guests. We also offer private booths for smaller celebrations. Weddings, wakes, birthdays, anniversaries, private dining and business gatherings can all be tailored to suit our guests. Alongside our event facilities, we provide accommodation, a restaurant, bar, complimentary Wi-Fi, gardens and courtyards, creating a versatile environment where guests can meet, celebrate, dine and stay.
