Durham Woodland Workspace

At Durham Woodland Workspace, we provide a peaceful and professional rural setting for small business events, focused work and collaborative activities just outside Durham City. Our purpose-built woodland cabin is surrounded by mature trees and sits close to the River Deerness, giving our guests a calm environment away from the distractions of a conventional office. We are particularly suited to coaches, consultants, facilitators, business owners and wellbeing professionals who need an inspiring place for workshops, strategy days, retreats and small-group sessions. Our workspace combines the natural character of a woodland setting with practical modern facilities, including reliable Wi-Fi, presentation equipment, a screen, whiteboard, flipchart, projector, natural light and refreshments. We also provide free parking, an accessible toilet, ramp access, underfloor heating and a service kitchen. Our space can be booked for coworking or exclusive use for events and workshops, allowing us to provide a flexible environment tailored to different professional and group requirements.
