Patty’s Barn

Patty’s Barn is our family-run rural venue on the edge of Morecambe Bay in Lancashire, where the land meets the sea. We offer a flexible combination of indoor event spaces, outdoor areas and on-site accommodation, making us suitable for retreats, corporate gatherings, celebrations and smaller weddings. Our site sits across a 220-acre family farm with open pastures, woodland, ponds, fishing lakes and a nature trail, while the coastal path is accessible directly from our doorstep. We have two dedicated group spaces that can be adapted for meetings, dining, workshops, retreats and private gatherings. Alongside these, we provide a games room, catering facilities, outdoor cooking options, broadband, presentation equipment and parking. Our accommodation consists of cottages and A-frame cabins, allowing groups to stay on site for multi-day events and retreats.
