Thief Hall

Set in the North Yorkshire countryside between Northallerton and Thirsk, Thief Hall gives us an exclusive blank-canvas setting for weddings and celebrations. Our converted barn combines exposed beams with a clean, modern finish, while the surrounding countryside provides space for outdoor ceremonies, photographs and time with guests. We offer three-day exclusive hire, giving couples access from the day before their wedding through to the day after, so there is plenty of time to settle in and make the venue their own. Our ceremony spaces are licensed for civil weddings, with the option of holding the ceremony indoors or outside. We include the main wedding essentials, including tables, chairs, linen, glassware, Wi-Fi, heating, toilets, parking, a staffed bar and sound equipment. Couples can choose their own caterers and entertainment, making the venue genuinely flexible. Six cottages and six glamping pods provide on-site accommodation, while our wedding coordinators support couples throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
