37 Degrees Co-Working and Pods gives a flexible environment designed to help businesses start, develop and grow. Based at Seaton View House in Seaton Delaval, we provide a combination of co-working facilities, private business pods and a supportive community for entrepreneurs and established businesses. Our co-working membership provides access to flexible desks, Wi-Fi, printing facilities and private rooms for conference calls, while members can also use our address as a registered business address. We believe that community is central to business growth, which is why we provide access to mentoring, networking opportunities, our online community, document resources and an event calendar. Our tenant community includes businesses working across areas such as beauty, technology, e-commerce and consultancy. We also support businesses through our wider design-and-build services and continue to develop our network of business pods. Our aim is to provide more than workspace by creating an environment where businesses can connect, learn, collaborate and grow together.
