At Chevin Country Park Hotel & Spa, we offer a distinctive woodland setting for weddings, meetings, celebrations and corporate events in Yorkshire. We are located at York Gate, just outside Otley, surrounded by 32 acres of beautiful birch woodland and close to the Yorkshire Dales. Our unique alpine-style hotel combines character, comfort and flexible event facilities, allowing us to accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. We provide dedicated meeting and function spaces, a Lakeside Restaurant, bar facilities and on-site accommodation comprising 25 hotel bedrooms, 19 woodland cabins and four lodges. Our location also makes us convenient for guests travelling through Leeds Bradford Airport and from Leeds, Harrogate and the surrounding area. For weddings and special occasions, we work with our events team to create a memorable experience, while our business facilities provide a peaceful environment away from the distractions of a city centre. We also offer spa, pool, gym and leisure facilities for guests.
Our Woodlands Suite is our largest event space, giving us the flexibility to host substantial conferences, wedding celebrations and formal dinners. We can arrange the room in several layouts to suit different event requirements and guest numbers.
Our Birch Room offers a flexible environment for meetings, training, presentations and private dining. We can host up to 45 guests theatre-style, while its different seating configurations allow us to adapt the room to suit a variety of business and social occasions.
Our Acorn Room gives us a flexible setting for smaller meetings and presentations. We can accommodate up to 20 guests in theatre-style seating or eight in a boardroom arrangement, making it well suited to focused discussions and compact business events.
Our Business Sense Suite is an intimate space designed for smaller meetings and private dining. We can accommodate up to 14 guests in boardroom or dinner arrangements, making this room particularly suitable for executive discussions and smaller business occasions.
Our Willow Room provides a versatile setting for medium-sized conferences, meetings and celebrations. We can accommodate up to 60 guests theatre-style, with several alternative layouts available for workshops, dining, cabaret and collaborative business sessions.
Our Business Sense Lounge provides a compact and comfortable setting for smaller meetings, presentations and focused business sessions. We can accommodate up to 20 guests in theatre-style seating, while the room also provides 38.5 square metres of exhibition space.
Our Garden Lounge offers an intimate and adaptable environment for smaller meetings, presentations, dining and celebrations. We can accommodate up to 30 guests in theatre-style or dinner arrangements, while smaller classroom and boardroom configurations are also available.
