We are an exclusive lakeside wedding estate set within 130 acres of private grounds on the shores of Lake Windermere. Our estate combines a beautifully restored Wedding Barn, historic Boat House, extensive gardens and parkland, luxury guest accommodation and private lake frontage to create a destination wedding experience in the Lake District. Our Wedding Barn can accommodate up to 120 seated guests and provides a combination of traditional character and modern facilities, including exposed stone walls, oak beams, underfloor heating, lighting and an integrated sound system. Outside, our grounds provide a range of ceremony settings, including the Orchard, Park, Tree Circle, Kitchen Gardens and lakeside Beach. We also offer a Victorian Boat House and jetty, luxury accommodation for up to 22 overnight guests, and our private grounds extend to more than 130 acres with half a mile of lake frontage.
We offer a beautifully restored stone Wedding Barn combining traditional architecture with modern facilities. Our open-plan upper floor can comfortably seat up to 120 guests for ceremonies and wedding breakfasts, while the lower level provides a bar and lounge area.
We offer a Victorian Boat House directly on the shore of Lake Windermere, complete with a day room, balcony, lighting and underfloor heating. The Boat House can seat up to 30 guests for a ceremony, while the lakeside area offers much greater flexibility.
We provide a lawned garden directly in front of the Wedding Barn, surrounded by flower borders, apple trees and a central willow tree. It accommodates up to 120 guests and provides an outdoor English-garden-style ceremony setting.
