We are Ye Olde Bell Hotel & Spa, a historic country hotel in Barnby Moor near Retford, where we combine traditional character with contemporary comfort and hospitality. We offer a wide choice of spaces, allowing us to welcome everything from intimate gatherings to celebrations for up to 250 guests. Our events team works with each organiser to shape the room layout, catering, drinks and entertainment around the occasion. We can host weddings, private parties, family celebrations, ceremonies, proms, graduations, funeral receptions, private dining and corporate events, as well as conferences, meetings and training activities. Our grounds provide attractive outdoor settings, including extensive gardens and our handcrafted oak pavilion, while several function rooms connect directly to terraces or garden areas. We also offer bedrooms, suites and lodges for guests staying overnight, together with our luxury spa and dining facilities. Whether we are hosting a formal dinner, lively celebration or business gathering, we aim to provide a comfortable and memorable experience.
