Our conference centre contains a range of meeting rooms with different capacities, allowing us to accommodate both smaller meetings and larger gatherings. Our distinctive Cloisters Suite is a converted church with original stained-glass windows, majestic arches, a main hall, lounge and bar area, providing a memorable setting for weddings and major events. Our Ashton Suite offers another flexible option and can be divided into three separate rooms when required. We provide free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, catering, event planning support and facilities for teleconferencing and video conferencing. We also have mobile-stage and dance-floor facilities available for suitable events. Being in Bolton town centre gives us convenient access to local transport, shopping and nearby business facilities. Alongside our event spaces, we provide hotel accommodation, a restaurant and lounge bar for guests and delegates.

Our Churchill Hardie Suite accommodates up to 80 guests and can be divided into two rooms. We provide clear sightlines throughout and can arrange a ramp where accessibility support is required.
Our Gladstone Suite is a light and airy, fully air-conditioned meeting space for up to 40 guests. We use it for smaller business meetings and can provide a removable accessibility ramp.
Our Ripon Suite is our smallest listed meeting space, accommodating up to 20 guests. We provide a fully air-conditioned environment suited to smaller business meetings and training sessions.
Our Wyndham Suite is a fully air-conditioned meeting and training room accommodating up to 40 guests. Access is via the staircase because the room is located on the lower ground floor.
Our Chamberlain Suite accommodates up to 40 guests and is a fully air-conditioned space suitable for smaller meetings and training sessions. Access is via the staircase from the lower ground floor.
