NETPark Incubator

Located within NETPark in Sedgefield, our incubator environment gives early-stage science and technology businesses a practical place to develop, collaborate and grow. We provide flexible accommodation that can support companies from their early development through to larger-scale operations, with access to laboratories, offices and specialist facilities across the wider park. Our location brings businesses into a community of more than 40 science and technology companies, alongside Durham University and CPI, creating opportunities to build relationships, share expertise and explore new collaborations. We also provide professional meeting and conference facilities, equipped with audio-visual technology, interactive Smart Boards, projectors, teleconferencing and wireless internet. Our meeting facilities can support customer meetings, training sessions, team away days and board meetings, with bespoke catering available when required. Beyond the physical space, our environment connects growing businesses with research expertise, innovation infrastructure and business support.
