Brinkburn Northumberland

Set within a 50-acre wooded ravine beside the River Coquet in Northumberland, we offer a distinctive setting for intimate weddings, wellness retreats and carefully considered private gatherings. Our historic estate brings together Brinkburn Priory, the Neo-Gothic Manor House, riverside landscapes, woodland, meadows and beautifully restored buildings, creating an environment where celebrations can unfold at a relaxed pace. We stage just 20 Limited Edition, Specialist Weddings each year, allowing us to give every couple a highly personal experience. Our weddings are designed for between 22 and 52 guests, with up to 80 guests in the evening. Couples can choose between the historic Priory, Manor House or our outdoor In Nature setting beside the River Coquet. We also offer a range of accommodation, including the Dairy, Bel House, Blakey House, Cuthbert House and Mullins House, allowing guests to stay together across the estate. Alongside weddings, we host wellness and business wellness retreats, combining our natural surroundings, historic spaces and thoughtful hospitality.
