The Highfield

At The Highfield, we offer a distinctive country-house setting for weddings, celebrations and exclusive events in the Yorkshire Wolds. Our historic house combines character, contemporary country style and personalised hospitality, creating a setting where every celebration can feel genuinely individual. We are surrounded by seven acres of formal gardens and historic woodland, giving our guests beautiful outdoor spaces alongside our elegant interiors. We can welcome intimate gatherings or larger celebrations of up to 150 guests, with the option of hiring individual spaces or taking exclusive use of the house and grounds. Our facilities include licensed reception rooms, stylish lounges, four bars, a live music and entertainment hall, fine dining and luxury accommodation for more than 24 guests. We provide in-house food and drink, bespoke menus and dedicated event support, while our planning team helps bring each occasion together. From ceremonies and receptions to milestone celebrations and private house parties, we create memorable experiences around our guests and their plans.
