The Innovation Centre, Sci-Tech Daresbury

Located within the Sci-Tech Daresbury science and innovation campus, our Innovation Centre provides a purpose-built environment for science and technology businesses. The 24,000 sq ft building offers high-specification office and laboratory space, meeting rooms and hot desks, alongside shared facilities designed to support growing companies. Our facilities include high-speed internet, communal kitchens, showers and locker facilities, while the wider campus provides opportunities for collaboration, networking, specialist facilities and business support. The Innovation Centre is home to start-ups, early-stage ventures and growing science and technology companies, with particular representation from sectors including life sciences, healthcare, digital technology and advanced engineering. We also benefit from the wider Sci-Tech Daresbury community, which runs networking and business events throughout the campus.
