The Peak Centre at Champion House

The Peak Centre at Champion House is our residential and activity centre in Edale, at the heart of the Peak District National Park. We welcome groups of many kinds and give them the freedom to shape their stay around their own aims, interests and programme. Our setting in the Edale Valley provides a natural base for outdoor exploration, group activities, reflection and shared experiences. We accommodate schools, youth groups, churches, adult groups, families, walking clubs and community organisations throughout the year. Our facilities include comfortable group accommodation, communal areas, meeting and craft rooms, a Sports Hall, climbing wall, woodlands, playing fields, wildlife pond and campfire circle. We can also support groups with outdoor activities or allow them to organise their own programmes. Whether we are welcoming a school for a residential trip, a church for a retreat, or an adult group for a corporate or special-interest weekend, we provide a flexible environment where groups can learn, connect and enjoy the Peak District together.
