Kluges Guest Farm is an owner-operated eco-lodge and working farm located in Kabahango, Buheesi Sub-County, about 12 km south of Fort Portal and a short distance off the Fort Portal–Kasese Highway. The property extends across approximately 70 acres of tropical forest and extensive botanical gardens, combining accommodation, camping, dining, recreation and small-scale conference facilities within a largely outdoor-oriented setting. The accommodation comprises eight self-contained bungalows and two larger family cottages containing a total of 12 double/twin rooms, with private terraces opening toward the gardens. The positioning of the cottages also provides views toward the Rwenzori Mountains, while the surrounding grounds support nature walks, bird watching and wildlife encounters.
The property has a dedicated conference block for seminars and retreats, together with a games zone that can support team-building and company activities. The gardens immediately adjoining the conference facility provide an outdoor venue for weddings, birthday celebrations and anniversary functions, while the restaurant and lounge provide catering and social areas for resident and event guests. The main restaurant, Ggava Mukulya, serves à la carte meals and buffets using produce associated with the farm, while the lounge pavilion has garden views and an indoor fireplace, complemented by an outdoor fireplace in front of the restaurant. Recreational facilities include a main swimming pool, separate children's pool, playground, botanical gardens and nature trails.
Kluges Guest Farm also operates a dedicated camping facility, including roofed tent accommodation, making the property suitable for groups seeking a combination of outdoor activities, residential retreats and nature-based experiences. Its location provides access to attractions around Fort Portal, including Kibale National Park, the Rwenzori Mountains, Semuliki National Park, crater lakes, Sempaya Hot Springs, Amabere Caves and Bigodi Wetlands Sanctuary.
