The Milner York

The Events Centre is the hotel's principal large-scale conference and event space. At approximately 285.66 m², it is the largest individual room and is designed for conferences, exhibitions, large presentations, corporate events, receptions and dinners. It provides direct access, wireless/hard-wired connectivity and three-phase power, making it particularly suitable for technically demanding events.

Steeped in majestic Victorian heritage, this licensed ceremony space accommodates up to 160 guests. Characterised by its beautiful wood panelling, dramatic columns, and stunning crystal chandeliers, it provides a breathtaking, timeless atmosphere perfect for high-profile board meetings, romantic wedding vows, or unforgettable formal private dining experiences.

Crown is a medium-sized meeting and event room on the first floor. With capacity for up to 85 delegates theatre-style and 50 for dinner, it works well for presentations, training sessions, smaller conferences and corporate dinners. The room has daylight and dimmable lighting and can be configured in boardroom or U-shape layouts.

Wedgewood is another first-floor medium-sized meeting and event room with a configuration almost identical to Crown. It accommodates up to 85 theatre-style, 40 cabaret or classroom-style and 50 for dinner. It has daylight, Wi-Fi, dimmable lighting and flexible boardroom/U-shape configurations.

Ebor is a ground-floor event and meeting room with a slightly larger floor area than Minster. It accommodates up to 60 theatre-style, 32 cabaret, 24 classroom and 20 boardroom-style. It provides direct access, daylight and dimmable lighting.

Minster is a ground-floor meeting and event room providing a medium-sized environment for conferences, training, seminars, private meetings and dinners. It can accommodate 60 theatre-style, 32 cabaret, 24 classroom and 25 boardroom-style. The room also benefits from daylight, direct access and dimmable lighting.

Jorvik is a lower-ground-floor meeting room covering approximately 64.73 m². It accommodates up to 50 people theatre-style, with smaller cabaret, classroom, boardroom and U-shape configurations. It provides daylight, dimmable lighting and lift/stair access.

Tiles is a smaller lower-ground-floor meeting room suitable for compact business meetings and training sessions. It accommodates 30 theatre-style, 20 classroom or boardroom-style and 14 in U-shape configuration. Access is via stairs.

Clifford is a compact ground-floor meeting room of approximately 48 m². It can accommodate 20 people theatre-style, 14 boardroom-style and 8 in U-shape configuration. Its direct access makes it convenient for smaller meetings where privacy and ease of access are priorities.

Dante is one of the hotel's smallest meeting rooms, providing a compact 20-person theatre-style environment. It accommodates up to 12 in boardroom configuration and is suitable for small meetings, interviews, training sessions and focused discussions. It has daylight, direct access and wireless connectivity.

Leeman is a compact ground-floor meeting room with direct access and daylight. It accommodates up to 20 theatre-style and 14 boardroom-style. The space is particularly appropriate for small business meetings, interviews and focused training sessions.
