Located within one of London’s landmark skyscrapers, we provide a modern event setting in the heart of the City of London. Our venue spans 3,500 square metres across two floors, with 10 meeting rooms designed for everything from smaller meetings to conferences and large company town halls. Our largest space, the Bishopsgate Forum, can accommodate up to 405 guests and provides a flexible environment for large-scale business events. Alongside it, our hubs and libraries offer different capacities and layouts for conferences, presentations, training, breakout sessions and corporate gatherings. We provide built-in audiovisual technology supported by an on-site AV team, dedicated hospitality resources and in-house catering with customisation options. Our spaces can also be branded to reflect individual events, while private dining arrangements allow guests to enjoy catering within their event environment. Located on Bishopsgate, we are easily accessible by public transport, with Bank, Liverpool Street, Moorgate and Monument stations among the nearby connections. Our combination of technology, flexible rooms, catering and event support allows us to accommodate a wide range of professional gatherings within the same City of London location.

Our Moorgate Hub provides a flexible space that can operate as a full hub or be divided using a movable partition. We support conferences, meetings, breakout sessions and corporate gatherings here.
Our Gracechurch Hub provides a contemporary space for medium-to-large meetings and events. We combine flexible layouts with built-in technology and hospitality resources to support conferences, presentations, training and business gatherings.
Our Lothbury Library offers a smaller, contemporary setting for meetings and events. We provide Convene’s signature technology and hospitality resources, making the space suitable for presentations, workshops and corporate gatherings.
