The Harvest Fields Centre is a multi-purpose conference venue and community hub located in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, United Kingdom. Operating as a registered charity, the purpose-built venue serves corporate clients during the day and hosts local community activities, sports, and a church during evenings and weekends.
Located on the ground floor, The Main Hall is a large, open space fully equipped with a sound system, central and side projection, and a speaker’s platform. Accommodating up to 300 theatre style or 230 cabaret, The Main Hall is an ideal room for a wide range of meetings, events and sports.
Located on the first floor, Room 1 provides a flexible space equipped with a ceiling-mounted HD projector and sound reinforcement. With impressive views over the surrounding park, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light, Room 1 is the perfect place for a large conference or board meeting.
Located on the first floor, Room 2 accommodates up to 33 theatre style and comes equipped with air conditioning and natural light. With its rectangular shape, Room 2 offers an intimate space for team training sessions and boardroom meetings.
Room 3 accommodates up to 6 delegates in cabaret or board configurations, making it the ideal space for one-to-ones, interviews, video calls and small meetings.
Room 4 is the most popular training room and is ideal for classroom training sessions and group workshops. Its rectangular shape also works well for large boardroom or U-shape layouts. Situated on the first floor, with air conditioning, views over the park, and plenty of natural light, it practically feels like you are outside.
Located on the first floor, Room 5 is a square, more secluded space that makes it ideal for board meetings and working sessions. The quiet setting, large screen and natural light make Room 5 ideal for collaboration and concentration.
Situated on the first floor, Room 7 is a great space for strategy days, team meetings and classroom training. With two adjoining breakout rooms – ideal for syndicate activities and calls – Room 7 is a flexible space with delightful views and plenty of natural light throughout.
The Zoom Room is a suitable space for homeworkers who need a space to concentrate, or hold important meetings/interview uninterrupted. It is bookable for up to 7 days in advance.
The Oak Room is an ideal space for a children’s birthday party. With 40 chairs and tables available for guests, there’s plenty of space for food and party games.
The Green Room is a self-contained space with its own toilets and kitchen. Hire also includes a pool table & cues, foosball table, big screen & projector.
Oak Room + Hall is a suitable space for either jungle gym, bouncy castle, or big games.
