Sedgewell Barn

Set among the North Yorkshire countryside at Sedgefield House Farm, Sedgewell Barn is a relaxed rural setting for weddings and celebrations. Our venue combines two interconnected barn spaces with outdoor areas, a courtyard and accommodation, allowing couples to keep different parts of their celebration within the same setting. The Rustic Barn gives us a more intimate space with traditional character, while the larger Celebration Barn provides room for dining, entertainment and evening celebrations. We also have ceremony options indoors and outdoors, along with a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. Our bar, stage, sound facilities and event lighting help us accommodate the transition from the daytime ceremony and meal into the evening party. Guests can stay on site in our glamping cabins, each designed for a comfortable countryside stay, while The Nest provides an additional accommodation option. We offer a flexible setting where couples can shape the celebration around their own plans.
