Winstanley House is a luxury Grade II listed Georgian boutique hotel, wedding, and events venue set within 168 acres of rolling public parkland at Braunstone Park, located about two miles outside of Leicester city center. Originally built in 1775 as Braunstone Hall, the historic estate features 19 elegant bedrooms and hosts the contemporary British steakhouse Black Iron.
The Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 450 delegates and has dual aspect windows that open on to its own private terrace. With its own private bar and lounge areas, these can be used as an additional break-out space for team-building workshops, drinks receptions, product displays, networking activities or one-to-one sessions. Vehicles can also be accommodated in this room.
The Pavilion can accommodate up to 150 delegates and has dual aspect windows that open on to its own private terrace with views over our beautiful garden. With its own private bar and lounge areas, these can be used as an additional break-out space for team-building workshops, drinks receptions, product displays, networking activities or one-to-one sessions.
Adjacent to The Grand Ballroom is The Orangery, an ideal fusion of contemporary and Georgian architecture. With its red brick walls, modern lighting fixtures and plenty of natural daylight, it’s the perfect setting for smaller meetings or as a break-out space. The Orangery can accommodate up to 40 people.
The Private Dining Room at Winstanley House offers a luxurious and versatile event space for up to 30 guests, making it ideal for baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, graduation celebrations, corporate meetings, afternoon teas – and much more.
