Our conferencing facility at Fourfields in Bamber Bridge provides flexible spaces for conferences, meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, interviews, presentations and other professional events. We offer a range of rooms designed for different group sizes and layouts, from our Main Auditorium, which can accommodate approximately 140 delegates in theatre style, to smaller rooms for intimate meetings and interviews. Our Windermere Suite accommodates up to 60 delegates in theatre style, while our Langdale, Silverdale, Ribble Valley and Tyne Valley rooms provide additional options for smaller groups and training activities. We also provide presentation and audio-visual equipment, including projectors, screens, smart TVs, microphones and PA systems depending on the room. Our on-site Valley Coffee provides a convenient space for refreshments, breakfast, brunch and lunch, with a 120-seat café area. We aim to provide a flexible and comfortable environment where delegates can meet, learn, collaborate and hold professional events.

Our Main Auditorium provides a large two-storey event setting with a platform, lighting rig, sound and presentation equipment. We accommodate approximately 140 delegates theatre-style, 100 banquet-style or 50 cabaret-style.

Windermere Suite

Our Windermere Suite is a bright, square-shaped conference room accommodating up to 60 delegates theatre-style or 50 cabaret-style, with space for around 25 delegates plus trainers during interactive training sessions.

Silverdale Suite

Our Silverdale Suite provides a more intimate conference environment, accommodating up to 30 delegates theatre-style or 15 cabaret-style, with large windows and flexible orientation for presentations.
