The Imperial Suite is a favourite for spectacular large banquets and events with state-of-the-art technology, including built-in AV and LED lighting. Clients love the staircase for grand entrances, the Art Deco features and crystal chandeliers, and the adjoining rooms (Trafalgar and Waterloo) for extra space.

The Britannia Suite features natural daylight and full blackout facilities. It is located on the ground floor, just off the main marble reception. This room is popular for daytime events, conferences and exhibitions and clients love the adjoining Compton, Manxman and Premier Suites for additional space.

The Compton and Manxman Suites are two identical, versatile rooms that can be used individually or together, and pair seamlessly with the Britannia Suite. Ideal for breakout sessions, exhibitions, or catering, these flexible spaces are designed to adapt to your event needs. With direct access to the main foyer and convenient load-in/load-out access for production teams, both suites offer practical functionality alongside a professional setting.

The Premier Suite at the National Conference Centre is a spacious, column-free ground‑floor venue offering 3,950 sq ft of daylight-flooded flexibility. Ideal for conferences, banquets or exhibitions, it accommodates up to 400 theatre-style or 550 at a reception, with full AV and 3‑phase power.

The Waterloo Suite is on the lower second floor and can hold up to 350 delegates. The impressive room features crystal chandeliers, and art deco styling. The room is close to the Trafalgar Suite and larger Imperial Suite making it idea for breakout event space, or a VIP pre-dinner reception.

The Trafalgar Suite is on the lower second floor and can hold up to 300 delegates. The impressive room features crystal chandeliers, striking artwork and art deco décor. It is an ideal space for catering or a breakout room for events in the larger Imperial Suite or Waterloo room.

The Bracebridge Suite is a popular choice thanks to its stylish décor, practical features, and convenient access. Located on the lower ground floor of the conference centre, it can be reached via both the main foyer and the National Motorcycle Museum. The suite includes a built-in private bar and passenger lift access, ensuring ease for both organisers and guests. Often paired with the Ballacraine Suite, it works perfectly for conferences that transition into dinners or evening receptions.

The Ballacraine Suite is located on the lower ground floor, accessed via the main marble reception area. Connected to the Bracebridge Suite by a short corridor, it’s an ideal choice for events that combine conferencing with a dinner or evening reception. The suite features a built-in private bar and elegant mirrored columns, creating a stylish and versatile setting for a range of events.

The Kirkmichael Suite is a more intimate space, yet still capable of hosting up to 250 guests. Offering a quiet and private setting, it benefits from direct access from the main foyer for added convenience. The suite is frequently used as a syndicate or breakout room, as well as a dedicated speakers’ space for events taking place in the Bracebridge and Ballacraine Suites.

The Balcony Suite is located on the museum side of the venue and offers a light, airy L-shaped space that can be partitioned to make events suitable. Ideal for celebrations, it benefits from an abundance of natural daylight and features external balconies overlooking the beautiful central garden and the Warwickshire countryside, creating a truly scenic backdrop.

Wardroom is an intimate space ideal for board meetings and small gatherings. Located on the second floor with access via the National Motorcycle Museum entrance, this newly refurbished room features solid oak furniture and elegant marble finishes. It offers a fixed boardroom layout and comes equipped with a built-in projector and screen, as well as a 42-inch plasma display for seamless presentations.

The Crow's Nest is a modern space located on the second floor, with direct access from the National Motorcycle Museum entrance. The room features a built-in kitchen area and is furnished with solid oak furniture and elegant marble finishes. It also includes a built-in drop-down projector and PA system, offering flexibility for a range of layouts and event styles.

This expansive area is purpose-built for physical challenges, sports days, and corporate team-building events. It spans 204,000 square feet and is highly popular for large vehicle roadshows, large exhibitions, and interactive outdoor group tasks.
