In summer, why not dine al fresco and tuck into a smoky barbecued feast on our sun terrace, complete with high-speed outdoor Wi-Fi. For exclusive events, The Latimer Mews provides dedicated meeting space, bedrooms, a restaurant and a bar so you can provide confidentially and exclusivity in equal measure.

A glass building set in the grounds of the Main House; this beautifully refurbished, versatile conference suite easily splits into three, giving you complete flexibility. With its own reception, your guests will enjoy privacy and exclusivity of this newly refurbished space throughout the day. Enjoy refreshments in the large atrium lobby or take lunch in the glass-walled private restaurant. And with access to the extensive private grounds, complete with an ornamental pond, terrace and high-speed outdoor Wi-Fi, it’s easy to grab a breath of fresh air during breaks. Our grounds are also a wonderful spot for teambuilding activities. The Waterhouse Suite is home to an additional two meeting rooms and seven syndicate rooms, plus 51 guest bedrooms with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. And when the hard work is over, delegates can take time out in the private lounge and bar before enjoying a meal in the restaurant.

The Library is a fully refurbished, cozy Victorian-style room inside the historic mansion house. It radiates classic charm with original architectural features, comfy armchairs, and sweeping views of the 30-acre grounds and Chess Valley.

Our 1838 Restaurant & Bar in the Mansion House is the place to come for locally-sourced, seasonally-inspired menus. Enjoy a choice of country classics from a slow roasted lamb to Casterbridge sirloin steak or smoked wood pigeon. And the décor is every bit as impressive as the food. Daylight streams through the glass ceiling whilst indoor trees and plants complement the colour scheme.

The Burlington is a first-floor private dining and meeting space located within the historic Mansion House at the De Vere Latimer Estate. It offers panoramic views over the scenic Chess Valley and blends Victorian estate charm with flexible private event setups.

The Cheyne Private Dining room is an intimate, historic space located inside the mansion house at the De Vere Latimer Estate. It holds up to 30 guests and blends traditional architecture with views over the estate's 30 acres of grounds and the Chess Valley.

The Devonshire Suite is a historic, intimate function space located on the ground floor of the Mansion House. This suite is primarily used as an elegant venue for small corporate meetings, private banquets, and intimate dining experiences. The room retains its classic Victorian architecture, highlighted by a beautiful original fireplace that serves as a focal point for the space. It accommodates intimate gatherings of up to 20 guests or delegates.
