The Scarlet Hotel

The Scarlet Hotel is our eco-conscious coastal retreat overlooking Mawgan Porth on the North Cornwall coast. We offer an intimate, adults-only setting where guests can slow down, reconnect with nature and enjoy the sea air from our clifftop location. Our spaces are designed for smaller gatherings, making us particularly suited to intimate weddings, private dining, workshops, meetings and special occasions. We provide a range of comfortable lounges and social spaces, including our Reception Lounge, Retreat Lounge, Library and Upper Retreat, alongside our sea-view restaurant and bar. Our Scarlet Spa adds another dimension to gatherings, with an indoor pool, natural reed-filtered outdoor pool, cedar sauna, steam room and a range of treatments and thermal experiences. We also provide meeting facilities with AV equipment and catering options for small teams. With the Atlantic Ocean, Mawgan Porth beach and the South West Coast Path close by, we combine relaxed hospitality, wellbeing and the natural Cornish landscape.
