Forestry England Dalby Forest gives a distinctive setting for meetings, celebrations, educational visits and organised events in the heart of the Great Yorkshire Forest. We are located within Dalby Forest Visitor Centre at Low Dalby, surrounded by more than 8,500 acres of forest, walking routes, cycling trails and natural landscapes. Our large meeting room provides a flexible indoor space for talks, yoga classes, parties, craft fairs, conferences, training sessions and corporate hire. We can also work with our partners to create activity-led experiences, including team-building activities, cycling, outdoor adventures and school visits. Our on-site facilities include a café, public Wi-Fi, accessible toilets, parking, picnic areas, a shop and accessible facilities. We also provide free all-terrain mobility-scooter hire to help visitors enjoy the forest. For corporate bookings, we can arrange catering through Dalby Forest Café, with locally sourced food and beverages available where possible.
We provide a large, flexible meeting room within our Visitor Centre. Our space works well for talks, yoga classes, birthday parties, craft fairs, corporate meetings, training sessions and other organised activities.
Our Forest Arts Exhibition Space at Low Dalby Courtyard provides a creative setting for exhibitions and visitor-focused arts activities inspired by the forest's landscape, wildlife and heritage.
We can accommodate organised outdoor activities and events within Dalby Forest, subject to our permission process and operational requirements. Our extensive forest environment provides a flexible natural setting for suitable organised activities.
