Our location is just outside Durham city centre and offers convenient access to the A1, making us an accessible choice for businesses and organisations throughout County Durham and the wider North East. We have two dedicated meeting spaces designed for different requirements, from small interviews and meetings to larger training sessions, presentations and conferences. Our Durham Suite accommodates up to 16 people and features a 75-inch interactive screen, touch whiteboard, camera and microphone for hybrid meetings. Our smaller Belmont Suite provides a comfortable setting for two to four people. We also provide free parking, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, flexible layouts, natural daylight and accessible facilities. Beyond meeting rooms, we offer managed offices, coworking desks and virtual office services, making Portland House a practical professional base for businesses.
The Durham Suite is our larger conference and training room, designed for meetings, workshops, presentations and training. We accommodate up to 16 people and provide flexible layouts, AV equipment, an interactive screen and hybrid-meeting technology.
Our Belmont Suite is a smaller, private meeting and interview room for two to four people. We provide a comfortable round-table arrangement with natural daylight, making the space particularly suitable for interviews and smaller business meetings.
