One of the largest Grade II Listed barns in the south of England, the Great Barn is a spectacular space, with the capacity to hold up to 220 people standing & 144 banqueting. Generous Barn garden offers a pizza oven & outdoor seating, state of the art whole barn PA system, HD projector and large screen, adjustable colour lighting and decorative external lighting. The Great Barn garden and forecourt can be used for bouncy castles, lawn games, hay bale seating, hog roasts, BBQ and even fun fair rides!

Up to 100 guests

Linked internally to the Great Barn is the Engine House, a fabulous glazed room with stunning views of the Manor House. An ideal space for up to 100 guests to take part in activities, as syndicate space, for buffet lunch or evening supper service or simply to relax and unwind.

Up to 150 guests

The Small Barn can host up to a maximum of 150 standing and 130 seated theatre style. It is a great location for welcome drinks, delegate registration, or syndicate space.

Up to 170 guests

It is a beautiful setting for relaxing or playing lawn games on a summer evening with a maximum capacity 170 standing. Guests can mingle in the picturesque garden for welcome drinks.

This is a separate and private space full of character, centrally located within the venue close to the Manor House. It is ideal for small group syndicate space, or for the event organiser’s use throughout their event.

The Manor House is an ideal setting for high end product launches and photography, with space for car displays or stalls. The 15th century Manor House provides a stunning backdrop to every event. There are 6 luxury double suites available to book for overnight accommodation plus a boardroom style dining area that seats 12-15 people. It also has a garden overlooking breathtaking countryside view, free Wifi and speaker and free parking.

This is a beautiful and tranquil garden overlooking the orchard and neighbouring fields. It is a great area to hold conference breaks or drinks receptions. The manicured lawn is ideal for activities from genteel lawn games through to fiercely competitive rounds of tug o’ war.

In addition to the manicured gardens, the large paddocks, orchard and fields provide superb choice for summer activities. Lillibrooke’s open spaces are often used for team building activities, product launches, and family fun days.

Our newly restored Tack Barn offers the ultimate wedding day preparation experience — a luxury preparation room set amidst picturesque surroundings, designed to make your walk to the ceremony truly unforgettable. It includes four hair and makeup stations, private bathroom with shower facilities, private dressing room — doubles as a meeting space with the registrars, spacious seating and a well-equipped kitchenette.

At Lillibrooke Manor, there's an arrangement for Team Building with Seriously Cool Events, dedicated leaders in bespoke team building, company away days, incentive programmes and corporate hospitality. Activities that work particularly well at Lillibrooke include clay pigeon shooting, summer festivals, the Crystal Maze experience, go-karts, inflatables and fairground rides — with two large paddocks and extensive grounds providing the perfect outdoor activity space.
