Vox Conference Venue

Vox 1 is a flexible, high-tech individual suite located on the second floor of Resorts World Birmingham. It holds up to 120 guests for receptions or 60 seated, featuring full staging, sound, lighting, and projection, and works as a breakout room or standalone space.

Vox 2 is a flexible, medium-sized multi-functional suite that holds up to 200 guests for theatre-style events, 120 for dining, and features integrated technical support.

Vox 3 is a flexible, medium-sized multipurpose hall that accommodates up to 395 delegates for conferences or receptions, up to 180 guests for seated dining on oval tables, and features full technical support including staging, lighting, sound, and projection systems.

Vox 4 is a flexible, medium-sized multi-functional suite that features full technical support, customizable lighting, and modern AV systems, accommodating up to 200 delegates for conferences, 126 guests for dining, or 200 for receptions.

Vox 5 is a versatile, standalone or combinable individual suite that accommodates up to 120–142 delegates, featuring award-winning Skyfold walls, full AV technical support, and customizable lighting.

Vox Boardroom 1 is a premium, high-tech executive meeting space located inside Resorts World Birmingham. It accommodates up to 28 delegates, featuring full audiovisual technical support, natural daylight, and flexible plug-and-play connectivity, ideal for strategic discussions and presentations.

Vox Boardroom 2 is a high-spec executive meeting room with a maximum capacity of 20 people. It features advanced plug-and-play AV technology, customizable lighting, and modern corporate hospitality options, making it ideal for high-level private discussions and hybrid meetings.

Vox Boardroom 3 is an executive meeting space that holds up to 16 people for boardroom setups, 31 for theatre styles, or 30 guests for private dining, featuring high-end AV tech and fast Wi-Fi.
