Eyam Hall, originally built as a wedding present, is a unique family home that hosts relaxed outdoor wedding ceremonies in the Summer and intimate smaller ceremonies in the Flagged Hall in Winter. Larger marquee wedding receptions are held in the beautiful walled garden and the Upper Barn next door is the perfect place for smaller receptions.
If you’ve always dreamed of an outdoor wedding, our pavilion is the perfect setting for a ceremony. Exchange your vows under the wedding pavilion while your guests are seated surrounded by beautiful flower beds and mature trees in the walled gardens.
The Hall is a beautiful place to hold your wedding ceremony in any season. Bathed in sunlight in the Summer and made cosy by the flickering log fire in Winter, this enchanting Derbyshire Hall can accommodate civil wedding ceremonies for up to 60 guests and you are welcome to use the family grand piano or our bluetooth system.
Post ceremony drinks are usually hosted on the fountain lawn where croquet comes as standard along with other garden games.
Our historic, Peak District barn was once a stable and now it’s the ideal space for intimate receptions. Dance the night away in the spiral room & lower bar after your delicious, locally sourced and immaculately presented wedding breakfast. It has the capacity to accommodate 30 to 80 guests.
The dining room was originally the manor's kitchen before being converted into a private dining space in 1694.
The bridal dressing room is an upscale en-suite preparation space that comes with prosecco & refreshments.
The Garden House Pub is a small, private rustic bar designed for the groom's party to relax and prepare before a wedding ceremony.
The walled garden is a 17th-century historic survival in Derbyshire that retains much of its original layout and features formal lawns, fruit trees, and period architecture.
The Knot Garden is a smaller, specific formal garden feature located inside the larger walled garden, alongside other areas like the apple tree avenue, nuttery, and kitchen garden.
The croquet lawn is a manicured, sunlit outdoor space that serves as a central feature of the Jacobean manor's grounds, it functions primarily as a scenic backdrop and functional entertainment space for outdoor wedding ceremonies and drinks reception.
Larger wedding receptions are held in our stunning custom-made marquee, complete with wooden floor, long wooden tables, chairs, fairy lights, heaters if required and a gorgeous round bar. It has the capacity to hold up to 200 guests.
