The Tennyson Suite is our largest venue and is well-suited for company events or larger private gatherings. Located separately from the main hotel, it offers exclusive use and complete privacy for your occasion.

The Signature Suite is an ample-sized room within the hotel. Patio doors open out onto the private terrace, which guarantees the room an excellent level of natural daylight, and another space for delegates to utilise.

The Minster Suite is a private, multi-functional room used primarily for intimate private dining, small corporate conferences, and local business networking events.

The Tennyson Suite was designed to pair perfectly with a marquee offering the best of both, the reliability of a traditional room but the glamour and wow of a marquee. Adding a Marquee to our Tennyson Suite takes banqueting numbers to up to 350

Our patios have ample seating and garden to ensure your guests have the best of both worlds, whilst you still have the indoor room just in case the weather doesn’t play ball. The patio even has its own barbeque, so a bit of ‘surf & turf’ with your Pimms is a no-brainer during the warmer months.

Our airy, spacious conservatory within the main bistro is ideal for dinner parties, afternoon teas or birthday lunches for up to 30. The room can be fully closed off from the main bistro, whilst still ensuring you the exceptionally high levels of service we view as standard.

The Elkington Package caters to 50 Day Guests / 60 Evening Guests and includes 3 course wedding breakfast (1 choice per course), 1 x glass of house wine per guest with your meal, Bridal suite on your wedding night including full English breakfast, 1 x glass of house Prosecco per guest for the toast, White linen table cloths and napkins, Thrones, Room hire, Master of ceremonies, Cake stand and knife, Evening disco and Hot rolls (bacon or sausage).

The Tathwell Package caters to 50 Day Guests / 70 Evening Guests and includes Bridal suite on your wedding night, Fairytales room décor: chair covers & bows, table runners, Arrival glass of Prosecco, 3 course meal, 1 x glass of wine with meal, 1 x glass of Prosecco per guest for the toast, Thrones, White linen table cloths and napkins, Room hire, Master of ceremonies, Evening disco, Evening finger buffet or Hot pulled pork buns with sage stuffing & apple compote, Cake stand and knife and Wedding package.

Tealby Package caters to 60 Day Guests / 80 Evening Guests and includes Bridal suite on your wedding night, Fairytales room décor: chair covers & bows, table runners, Arrival glass of Prosecco, Pimm’s or Peroni, 3 x canapés per person, 3 course meal, 2 x glasses of wine with meal, 1 x glass of Prosecco per guest for the toast, Thrones, Room hire, Master of ceremonies, Cake stand and knife, Evening disco and Evening finger buffet or BBQ (£650 supplement)

Hallington Package caters to 60 day guests / 80 evening guests and includes 3 x canapés per person, 3 course wedding breakfast, Arrival glass of champagne, 2 x glasses of wine with meal, 1 x glass of champagne for the toast, Bridal suite on your wedding night, 2 x additional guest bedrooms, plus full English breakfast the following morning, Fairytales room décor(chair covers & bows, table runners, top table swagging, napkin ties, favour boxes, mirrors, centrepieces, table confetti), Room hire, Master of ceremonies, White linen tablecloths and napkins, Evening disco, Evening finger buffet or BBQ, Cake stand and knife and Thrones.
