Chorley Town Hall provides a historic town-centre setting for a wide range of events through our Lancastrian function room. We offer a large and versatile space that can accommodate up to 380 people in theatre style, with different layouts available for banquets, dinner dances, exhibitions, conferences and other occasions. Our facilities include a spacious stage, coloured stage lighting, a backstage dressing room and a private washroom for performers. We also have a licensed bar operated by our event partner, with options ranging from a full bar service to pre-booked interval drinks. Our venue does not have full kitchen facilities, but we allow hirers to choose their own registered caterer, subject to our requirements. We can host concerts, shows, awards ceremonies, dances, exhibitions, conferences, weddings and private celebrations. Located within Chorley Town Hall on Market Street, we provide a flexible event setting in the centre of Chorley.

The Lancastrian is our large and versatile function room within Chorley Town Hall, with capacity for up to 380 guests in theatre style. We can accommodate up to 250 for banquets, 200 for dinner dances and 300 using rectangular tables. Our spacious stage, coloured lighting and backstage facilities make the room suitable for concerts, shows, awards ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions, weddings and celebrations. We also provide a licensed bar and work with your chosen external caterer.
