From our magnificent Great Hall and impressive medieval kitchen to our tower overlooking the town and River Trent, we give visitors the opportunity to experience an important part of Lincolnshire’s history in an authentic setting. Over the centuries, our spaces have served many different purposes, from a medieval manor house to a theatre, civic space and community resource. Today, we continue that tradition by bringing people together through music, workshops, talks, tours, heritage activities and seasonal events. Our Great Hall remains a place for gathering and entertainment, while our historic Assembly Room provides a distinctive setting for activities such as traditional dancing.
