High Force Hotel & Waterfall

High Force Hotel is our historic country hotel set in Upper Teesdale, beside the famous High Force Waterfall and within the North Pennines National Landscape. We offer a relaxed rural setting for celebrations, meetings, corporate gatherings and special occasions, combining traditional country character with comfortable accommodation and seasonal dining. Our event spaces include the Garden Room, meeting room, cosy bar areas, snug, patio, courtyard and gardens, giving us flexibility for both indoor and outdoor occasions. We can cater for up to 100 people for family celebrations and private events, while our corporate facilities are suited to meetings, training sessions and team-building activities. Our location also allows us to arrange outdoor activities including archery, climbing, kayaking and clay pigeon shooting. With ten individually designed en-suite bedrooms, on-site dining, open fires and access to the surrounding countryside and waterfall, we provide a convenient setting for guests who want to combine an event with an overnight stay.
