Port Eliot House & Gardens

We are a historic private estate in St Germans, Cornwall, centred around our Grade-I listed house and 60 acres of Repton-landscaped gardens. Port Eliot combines centuries of history with an eclectic collection of rooms, gardens and outdoor spaces, creating a distinctive setting for weddings, celebrations, private events and location hire. Our estate includes an Orangery and walled garden, woodland gardens, an arboretum, maze, bowling green and impressive views across the estuary. Within the Main House, we have more than 100 rooms, including salons, drawing rooms, a library, Ball Room, historic kitchens, cellars and service areas. For weddings, couples can marry in the church or use our Orangery and walled garden before continuing to a bespoke marquee reception. We also offer the Soane-designed Stable Yard, home to The Stables Café and Elephant Bar. With glamping, farmhouse accommodation, parking and a nearby railway station, we provide a memorable and highly individual setting for events.
