Brook Hall Hotel is a charming 3-star boutique country manor estate originally built in 1860 by a local businessman as a private residence known as Brook Meadow. Displaying striking Tudor Revival architecture, the estate was leased to the Order of Franciscan Monks in 1968 before being masterfully converted into a hotel in 1983. Nestled quietly within six acres of mature, picturesque landscaped gardens and surrounded by rolling rural farm fields, the property seamlessly merges historic character with versatile commercial spaces. It serves as an intimate and focused setting for corporate conferences, private dining experiences, strategic training seminars, and executive team-building exercises. The entire venue accommodates a maximum concurrent capacity of up to 200 delegates across its flexible ground-floor layouts and expansive parklands. Traveling delegates can easily access the estate via the region's main transit corridors, with the venue positioned just five minutes from the M53 motorway. The hotel offers a spacious on-site private car park completely free of charge for visiting vehicles. At the same time, regional rail commuters benefit from direct connections, as the hotel sits just a 3-minute drive from Hooton and Little Sutton train stations, linking it seamlessly to central Liverpool and Chester.
