Blencowe Hall

Blencowe Hall is our Grade I listed castellated manor house in Blencowe, near Greystoke, set within 30 acres of elegant gardens and grounds. We offer exclusive use of this historic family estate for wedding celebration weekends, giving our guests the opportunity to stay, dine and celebrate together in a unique setting. Our two fortified sandstone towers, cobbled courtyard, flagstone and oak floors, high ceilings, chandeliers and log fires create a distinctive atmosphere throughout the Hall. We provide 12 bedrooms and accommodation for up to 24 guests within the Hall itself, with additional cottages and estate accommodation available for larger groups. Our facilities include a claret dining hall, generous terrace, first-floor Solar Room licensed for ceremonies, billiards room and private gardens overlooking the Eden Valley and Lake District fells. We also have a marquee field for larger celebrations. We offer self-catering or catering and housekeeping options, allowing us to tailor the experience around each celebration.
