Monomotapa Hotel Conference Center

The Great Indaba is the largest and most prestigious event hall at the hotel. It is built to host major corporate conferences, grand wedding receptions, and large scale banquets. Size: It measures 21 metres long by 16 metres wide, offering a spacious 336 square metres of floor space. Layout flexibility: This room features movable walls that can partition the space into two separate, smaller rooms called Indaba 1 and Indaba 2 for smaller breakouts. Seating Capacities: It fits 300 people in a theater layout, 250 for banquets, 200 in a classroom setup, or 42 in a standard U-shape layout.

The Ophir Room is a mid-sized conference hall perfect for medium group presentations, corporate seminars, and company dinners. Size: It measures 14.6 metres long by 7.3 metres wide, totaling 106 square metres of space. Design: It features a rectangular shape that works exceptionally well for long classroom rows or deep theater seating. Seating Capacities: It hosts a maximum of 80 people for theater or banquet layouts, 70 people for classroom learning, and 50 people in a U-shape layout.

The Aquarium Room is a highly versatile space on the second floor that serves a dual purpose as a functional day venue and a social evening venue. Size: It measures 12.2 metres long by 7.3 metres wide, providing 89 square metres of total floor space. Ambience: Built around a central aquarium theme, it transitions into the Aquarium Lounge and Bar by night, making it ideal for relaxed networking events or corporate cocktail mixers. Seating Capacities: It accommodates up to 80 people for theater and banquet setups, 70 for classroom rows, and 50 in a U-shape configuration.

Function 1 is a compact, intimate event hall tailored for medium sized training workshops, management seminars, or small private parties. Size: It measures 10.2 metres long by 8.2 metres wide, giving it a total area of 84 square metres. Layout style: Its nearly square dimensions provide great visibility for all delegates, making it excellent for interactive workshops. Seating Capacities: It holds up to 60 people in a theater style, 50 for dining banquets, 40 for a classroom layout, and 25 for intimate U-shape meetings.

For gatherings smaller than these four main halls, the hotel offers six individual boardrooms (numbered Boardroom 1 through Boardroom 6). These private rooms are strictly dedicated to high level executive board meetings, interviews, and small workshops, comfortably holding fixed groups of 10 to 14 delegates.
