Exclusive use of the outdoor area is perfect if you want to say your vows surrounded by the beauty of nature. Designed to seamlessly blend the glorious countryside with the magic of your big day, Coton House boasts an enchanting floral arch and licensed oak pergola for your rustic ceremony.

Bathed in natural light, the traditional exposed oak beams and wood-effect floors exude warmth and elegance, whilst French doors encourage the sunlight in, ensuring a bright ambiance for your big day. The Oak Barn comfortably seats 120 guests at round tables, offering a sense of intimacy, whilst the head table boasts a spectacular view of the terrace and accompanying fields, providing the perfect backdrop. Inside, foliage adorns the light fixtures to embrace the glory of the outdoors, and adding a touch of understated elegance.

A former 18th Century milking parlour, the highly distinguished Old Dairy Barn has since been lovingly and sympathetically restored to reflect its original rustic charm, retaining many period characteristics. Think traditional exposed wooden beams, red brickwork and natural flagstones, coupled with neutrally painted walls and interior features, and you have a venue that’s as hopelessly romantic as you are.

Whether it’s enjoying your drinks’ reception or sampling some street food, this flexible dining space offers a multitude of choice, allowing you to enjoy the theatre of outdoor alfresco entertaining. The Stable Courtyard is home to a fully equipped outdoor cooking area, complete with a smaller covered terrace and, being central to the venue, this can be used as a versatile hub for guests to gather throughout the day.

Situated as part of The Oak Barn’s open-plan design at Coton House, The Pig Sty is a private, fully licensed bar that opens onto an adjacent outdoor courtyard. This area offers a luxurious space, perfect for adding a personal touch to your special day. Not only does The Pig Sty offer the perfect space to mingle and catch up with guests, sip a celebratory cocktail, or simply relax and chill out after a session on the dance floor, but the bar itself features a beautiful, polished silver frontage as a subtle nod to its former life housing the farm’s many hogs.

Our large oak-beamed terrace stands at the entrance to The Oak Barn. Beautifully designed to blend warm yellows, calming creams and plenty of greenery for a relaxed feel, throughout the day it’s a bright and airy place to mingle with guests. The large, grassed area is ideal for children to run about freely throughout the day. Enjoy a game of croquet or giant Jenga on the lawn – as entertaining for adults as for children – while fencing around the outside of the courtyard separates guests from the horses parading and playing in the grassy meadow next door.

Coton House Farm Wedding Venue has two distinct preparation suites named Rolo and Maverick, which are designed to let both sides of the wedding party get ready on-site simultaneously in full luxury and privacy

Rolo is one of our two beautiful preparation suites. The lovingly converted stables are a sunlit and tranquil space for you and your wedding party to get ready. With three salon style armchairs, two sumptuously cosy sofas and a fabulous full-length mirror, it’s both beauty parlour and peaceful retreat. Available from 9am for Luxury and 12pm for Twilight Weddings, ‘Rolo’ is ideally positioned for you to return throughout the day—whether to freshen up or for a discreet outfit change.

Our second preparation suite offers a stylish and comfortable space to prepare and relax. Thoughtfully designed with salon-style chairs, a comfy sofa and plenty of room to get ready, it’s perfect for gathering with your closest friends ahead of the celebrations. Like Rolo, Maverick is available from 9am for Luxury and 12pm for Twilight Weddings, making it the ideal private retreat throughout the day for freshening up or changing.

We cater to every aspect of your wedding day, maintaining our exceptional standards of service so that your wedding is relaxed from the moment you arrive. Our wedding food coordinators will plan a complete menu for the day with you, so that every bite is suited to your tastes and dietary requirements. It’s all about your style too – whether you prefer a three-course wedding breakfast in the Oak Barn or a contemporary street food vibe served from our outdoor cooking area in the Stable Courtyard – ideal for BBQ’s, curries or whatever you have in mind.
