Additional spaces, including The Imaginarium, Harrogate Town Suite, Oak, Willow, Sycamore and Laburnum, provide adaptable options for smaller meetings and breakout sessions. Natural daylight is a feature throughout the meeting facilities, with selected rooms enjoying views across the Stray. We support events with conference catering, high-speed Wi-Fi, AV equipment, USB ports, wireless charging, whiteboard walls, wireless screen sharing, complimentary parking and a dedicated conference café. The Queens Suite is the hotel's largest and most grand event space. The Imaginarium is an opulent, design-led private dining and meeting room hidden inside Amber's Restaurant. Inspired by high-society historic elegance, it blends rich jewel tones, bold artistic wallpaper, and custom seating for up to 32 guests. It is the ultimate choice for sophisticated board meetings, private dinners, or boutique family celebrations.
The Garden Tipi brings a rustic Scandinavian vibe to the hotel’s private lawns. Perfect for up to 80 people, this unique outdoor marquee comes beautifully styled with ambient fairy lights, warm wooden furniture, blankets, and a cozy central firepit. It offers a memorable backdrop for summer parties or magical winter celebrations.
The Harrogate Town Suite is a medium-sized meeting room suitable for smaller conferences, presentations and training sessions. At approximately 45m², it provides a practical alternative to the hotel's larger Queen Suite and can accommodate up to 40 people in theatre or banquet configurations. Its flexibility makes it useful as either a standalone meeting space or part of a wider conference programme.
Oak is the same size and has the same published capacity figures as Harrogate Town Suite, making these two rooms the clearest example of identical/similar spaces in the current capacity schedule. Both are approximately 45.24m² and support up to 40 theatre-style or banquet-style.
Willow is a smaller breakout and meeting room intended for focused group work rather than large conferences. Cedar Court specifically identifies Willow alongside Sycamore and Laburnum as one of its smaller breakout spaces, suitable for roundtables, breakout sessions and small-group training.
Sycamore is one of the hotel's smaller dedicated meeting spaces. It is designed for focused meetings, breakout sessions and small-group training rather than large presentations. The room forms part of the hotel's smaller breakout-room group alongside Willow and Laburnum, allowing conference organisers to divide larger delegate groups into several working sessions.
Laburnum is the smallest of the specifically dimensioned meeting rooms in Cedar Court Harrogate's current capacity sheet. Its compact format is appropriate for small-group discussions, private meetings, interviews and focused training. It can also function as a breakout room supporting a larger conference taking place elsewhere in the hotel.
Amber's Restaurant provides the hotel's principal restaurant setting and can support group dining as part of residential meetings and events. Cedar Court's current residential package gives Amber's a maximum group size of 75, with larger groups directed toward other private dining or event options.
